1 property is a standard charge of £65 (+ VAT) per certificate issued.

Option 2

2-10 properties in the same area AND can be accessed on the same day is a charge of £55 (+VAT) per certificate issued.

Option 3

11+properties in the same area AND can be accessed on the same day is a charge of £35 (+VAT) per certificate issued.

N.B. If you have more than 20+ Properties in the same area and we will be able to access them at the same time, you will be eligible for a considerable discount. Please contact us.

Non-Domestic EPCs

Level 3

Option 1

1 property is a charge of £249 (+VAT) for the property certificate, then an additional £85 (+VAT) for an additional certificate on the same property (if required).

Option 2

2+ properties in the same area AND can be assessed on the same day is a charge of £199 (+VAT) for each property certificate, then an additional £85 (+VAT) for an additional certificate on the same property (if required)
